Construction Management

Construction is one of the largest and most multifaceted industries in the world today. Depending on the size and scope of your project, hundreds of people from various disciplines and backgrounds may be involved. We have the industry experience to bring your project vision to completion, and are committed to doing so on time and within budget. Each of our seasoned construction managers and technical staff offers real world experience in construction management and will work directly with the designers and builders to oversee every aspect of your project to make sure your needs are met.

Owner's Representative Services

As your Owner’s Representative, we treat your project as our own. Whether we are working side-by-side with your staff or tasked with representing your interest on a project, we ensure your expectations are met. As your Owner’s Representative, your priorities become ours. Skilled at fostering a spirit of teamwork, we work to ensure your entire project team–from consultants to contractors–is collaborating effectively to understand and to achieve your goals.

Preconstruction & Due Diligence

With a focus on preconstruction, including due diligence reviews, proforma development, design and constructability reviews, cost estimating and procurement, our vast expertise brings valuable insight into the earliest stage of project planning.

Program/Project Management

Programs require the management, coordination and integration of multiple, concurrent assignments. CCC's program management services focus on the program as a whole to obtain benefits not available from managing projects individually. We provide a high level of leadership that provides visibility over an entire program. Our technical and administrative services help our clients meet their program objectives. From concept to ribbon-cutting, our program management leadership brings about the required program planning, management, coordination and communication that result in cost control, scope control, schedule management and successful execution.

Construction Inspection

WACQCM provides on-site construction inspection services to monitor the quality of work on construction projects. Engineering specifications and project drawings often require special inspection throughout the life of the project. Our inspectors document work and provide recommendations when questions arise. Communication between owner, engineer, architect, general contractor, and subcontractors is facilitated through our inspectors. Our role is to communicate construction progress and problems to the applicable party. When difficult questions are encountered during construction, our inspectors directs the question to the appropriate recipient. Daily reports summarizing work completed and points of interest are also distributed to each party appropriately.

Construction Consulting

We assist our clients in overseeing and assessing building costs and contracts for construction projects. Additional responsibilities involve working with contractors to decide and implement the building design, noting any environmental issues at the site, and ensuring worker safety. We may also draw up and administer contract negotiations between the contractors and construction firm. Our services include short and long term roles including program feasibility, funding/financing availability to match the planned project scope, contact document review confirming there is a clear understanding of financial and construction requirements.
